Strength, Power, and Energy System Assessment
Strength, Power, and Energy System Assessment
Our assessments use technology to gain insight into your physical capabilities- pulling strength/ power, finger strength/ power, and energy delivery and utilization. Assessments are highly recommended for recurring athletes and anyone embarking on training for climbing. You will receive a report highlighting the areas to focus on in order to reach your climbing goals. Please contact us for scheduling. More details in the lower half of the product page.
If you start a strength training program (with the BCT or elsewhere), an assessment provides direction and accountability. Doing another strength assessment at the end of the training cycle provides valuable insight into the effectiveness of your training. Below is the standard evaluation. You are able to swap assessments for others as long as it stays under six. Please contact us for details and scheduling. For more information, check out this article written by Coach Brannon.
